Just wondering
If i use 6 of my command points to infiltrate 6 units using forward operatives they don't count against the amount of units im allowed to reserve in matched play right?

Infiltration isn't units in reserve as far as I am aware, but aren't you allowed to use a strategem only a single time per phase in matched play? Hence why some are 1CP to infiltrate 1 unit and 3CP to infiltrate 2...

Forward operatives is the alpha legion version of the tavem guard strike from the shadows stratagem. It allows a unit to infiltrate before the game starts so the rules of 1 don't apply.

When setting up your army during Deployment for a matched play game, at least half the total number of units in your army must be set up on the battlefield, even if every unit in your army has an ability that would allow them to be set up elsewhere.
"set up the unit in concealment instead of placing it on the battlefield" is somewhere other than the battlefield. So if you have 6 units "set up the unit in concealment instead of placing it on the
battlefield", you need 6 units on the battlefield to balance it out, or it will violate the Tactical Reserves Matched Play rule.

I may have to bring a rhino or 2 then so that i can deep strike my obliterators warp talons and jump sorcerorin while infiltrating my lord possessed and bezerkers

Keep in mind the rule needs UNITS, not models or points values.
You could bring 6 super cheap chaff units and that would allow you to non-battlefield deploy 6 huge units for all the rules care.

I do have 6 units in 6 squads of cultists buy i was wanting to infiltrate
A lord
A rxaltrf champion
Possessed
A csm squad
Bezerkers
A havoc squad
And deep strike
A unit of oblitetators
Warp talons
And a sorcetor
So i would have to have 9 units on the battle field to do what I want.

Half your units have to be on the table, so yes, only half would be able to infiltrate with the strat.

If you wanna infiltrate/deep strike 12 units, you need 12 more units on the table.
