It’s done well in a few test games won against daemons and deathwatch. I know footslogging as many boys/kommandos and storm boys as possible is the go to for orks but I think this will be easier in a tournament setting and allows me to use tankbustas which have performed really well for me so far.

My main though is should I swap one or both of the war bosses for weird boys for smite?
I’m not sure as the warbosses have been great!

This looks quite fun to play.

Why do you have three battle wagons do you mind me asking? Would it not be best to ‘da jump’ a horde of Boyz straight into combat turn 1 rather than have them roll across the board in a battle wagon?

I had great success with an open topped battle wagon loaded with 15 tank bustas and 5 bomb squigs. They dish out so much damage but attract a lot of fire in return. Could be an idea for you.

Other than that, looks fun and difficult to play!
I think the codex is going to open up a lot more options for da orks.

Honestly they’re there to draw fire, they have soaked up a lot of punishment in games so far and pulls fire away from the big trakks. I always think that if you take vehicles take lots of that makes sense

Very nice, I'd also cut a warboss in order to bring a painboy. But I'd give him Warpath. You don't have big mobs that really want to be teleported and Smite/Warpath is a great bonus for embarked lists.

I also have a list with 3 BWs, two bikers HQs and a third embarked HQ. A weirdboy is not a bad choice and you already have zhad plus another warboss, you don't need a third one.

Do the BWs reach combat in your games? The rolla seems good on paper but in my experience just 1 out of 3 manages to do something. I'd suggest considering a couple of single skorchas instead of rollas and kommandos.

I’ve played against deathwatch with loads of fragcannins twice so they were perfect for eating overwatch and killed a bit in combat

Nice roster, fun and furios
But mb its better to make boys pack a bit larger, so if transport is killed and you rolled a few ones they still got the 20+boys buff.

Be smart, be safe, and keep your biggest gun loaded.

Max transport capacity is 20 unfortunately and i’ve Been putting the warbosses in with them to keep the amount of drops low
