Irked Blood Angel Scout with Combat Knife

This will be my first solo tournament, coming up next month, and I was just hoping to get some feedback and suggestions for my list.
2 Battalions and 1 Vanguard. 2000pts
Battalion Detachment
HQ:
Captain - Thunder hammer, master-crafted Bolter, Jump Pack (Angel's Wing), 117pts.
Librarian Dreadnought - Force Halberd, Storm-bolter, Wings of Sanguinius, Quickening, 172pts.
Troops:
3 x Scout Squads - 5 Scouts, 4 Bolters and 1 Heavy-bolter, 65pts each. Total 195pts.
Heavy Support:
2 x Devastator Squads - 6 marines, 4 Heavy-bolters, 2 Bolters, Armorium Cherub, 123 pts each. Total 246pts.
Battalion Detachment
HQ:
Captain - Combi-Plasma, Relic Blade, Jump Pack, 129pts.
Sanguinary Priest - Bolt Pistol, Chainsword, Jump Pack, 86pts.
Troops:
3 x Scout Squad - 5 Scouts, 5 combat blades, 5 Bolt Pistols, 55 pts each. Total 165 pts.
Vanguard Detachment
HQ:
The Sanguinor, 170 pts.
Elites:
2 x Company Veterans - 5 Vets, 4 Plasma-guns, 1 Combi-Plasma, 5 Storm shields, Jump Packs, 187pts each. Total 374pts.
Sanguinary Ancient (Warlord, Gift of Foresight) - Death Mask, Encarmine Sword, Angelus Bolter, Standard of Sacrifice 101pts
Sanguinary Guard - 7 Guards, 5 Encarmine Swords, 2 Power Fists, 7 Angelus Bolters, 245pts.

I don't play tournaments and usually go for fluffy lists, so take my advice with a grain of salt, but if you're just going for heavy bolters in your dev squads I would recommend replacing them with Inceptors. Each squad would be 12 points more expensive than the dev squad they're replacing, but they put out more shots, have greater movement, and they can deepstrike.

As much as I like the company vets with JP and plasma, I run two 3man units with 3x plasma (1 combi) and 1x storm shield, but now after the Codex not giving jump packs for company vets and sanguinary priest, I'm not using them anymore.
If you just use the codex, just replace those with something else. I would also drop some heavy bolters for lascannons/missile launchers for some anti-tank dakka. I'd swap some of the scouts for tacs with lascannons and take a small van vet squad with storm shields or a DC squad instead.
But if you don't mind using the index like you cleary don't, only tweaking would be just using just one squad of devs and give them 3 LC/ ML and the cherub and swap two scouts squads for tac squads with lascannons.
Don't forget the grain and salt. This would have been my similar answer on B&C aswell

Thanks for the input  , I kind of like inceptors, but one problem would be that then I'd have more than half my units with jump packs and I dont really want to deploy any of them on the field. Also I'm planning for the devastators to sit back on my side of the field to help deny enemy deepstrikers, along with my scouts, and sit on an objective if they can.

Thanks  I have over a month until the tournament so I'll try out some of your suggestions in my practice games and see how they work out for me, I own a good number of lascannon marines and a few missile launchers. I've thought about adding death company and dropping the company vets, but I don't wanna rely too much on melee and those company vets always preform really well for me. I'm also so salty about the fact that the codex took the jump pack option away from sanguinary priests, but they are so much better with it and the model I made is so beautiful that I'm gonna use it as long as its allowed in some form.
