Why a hand flamer on the librarian ? Its useless. 6" range, D3 shots and S3, thats pathetic. A stormbolter is 2 pts. has 24" range, 4 guaranteed shots at 12" and S4. You should give the techmarines a better gun, otherwise you are wasting their BS 2+. Boltguns are a must have on DC. They arrive and can fire twice as many shots, for free. You can fire bolt pistols in CC, but some of the DC are probably dead by then, so even less shots.
Why 5 models with JP in a stormraven, you fly them where they should be. Why JP on them ? I would remove the JPs from the 10 model squads and put them in the stormraven. Use the saved points for better DC equipment, or guns on the techmarines.

Because I had 1 point left and threw it on there. Besides, it's been useful when I've used it. You should try it before bashing on it. It's a pistol and excellent for taking out cheap infantry. Besides, he's a Librarian, his priorities aren't shooting.

This I could actually stand behind. Alas, they're there for wound support on the dreadnoughts. Again, like the librarian, their priorities are elsewhere.

This is making better sense, but the mobility is why I do it. If you're not playing highly mobile BAs, then you might as well play vanilla marines. I've won so many games where I've scored so many more tactical objectives over my opponents, that it's not even worth summing the points. That's all thanks to mobility.
