I have been considering Orks as my next army but not sure how I am doing here.
I really wanted a pair of Deffdreads, but the only way I could see that happening is to drop the Warbuggies and maybe a Mek Gun or two. Not sure if that is worth it.

Over all the idea is the 30 boy unit is Da Jump'd in, Warboss rides with Nobs in a Chinork as well as the two 10 man boys and two tankbusta boys.
Gunz stay back and fire, Warbuggies hopefully disrupt, and the grots are there to prevent deep strike/infiiltration space to around my guns.

Not sure about the warkoptas since I don't play FW, but smasha gunz are terrible, avoid them completely. You don't also need that many gretchin, you can remove them as well.

With the spared points take more boyz, try to to upgrade a 10 man squad to a second 30 man mob.

Buggies are ok, just split them into smaller units. Skorchas are at the moment the most effective type of buggies.

Sadly dread are almost unplayable, they may be ok but still lackluster in a full dread mob maybe.
