Deep Fryer of Mount Doom

The subject says it all. I found this cool conversion pic on an image search and traced it back to the apparent source. Unfortunately, I have no idea what kit the head comes from. It doesn't look like any official 5th ed power armor or terminator sprue heads I've seen nor is it from the accessory sprue, thunderwolves, or special characters. Is it from a 3rd party source? It doesn't look custom sculpted as it appears to be a single piece of plastic without greenstuff or gap filler. Any help finding the source would be greatly appreciated.
