Better to have 15 in the one unit and 10 in the others ... 'course I'd say make one big assed unit of 29 given ITC scoring parameters. This will only yield 2 secondary points to your opponent, instead of the 3 you're offering with 13, 11, 11. Also consider:
From FLG: https://www.frontlinegaming.org/2018/02/10/codex-daemons-the-best-of-review/
"Spoilpox Scrivener – Makes your Plaguebearers that much better! Gives bonus to their movement and to hit. Combined with other buffs your Plaguebearers can be putting out a ton of damage with each hit."
Morty: The meta is so ready for him. He now needs his Death Shroud buddies to survive getting to the enemy. There are many d6 damage weapons waiting for him. Last tourney (today), the only player fielding him went 0-3, Wooden Spoon (a small field of 16 dudes, but competitive, none-the less). And he had Crawlers, & poxies, too. Poxies, which, with Typhus, IMHO, are better than Plague Bearers, given proper buffage.

Relic?
And I dunno about the download below, but you might just type up your daemon detachment in a normal way.

Just so you know, the Feculent Gnarlmaws that you seed with Horticulous aren't free. You need to pay them with reinforcment points. PBCs could GREATLY benefit from gnarlmaws (and a poxbringer for the +1S too), but with this list you can't create any, which makes Horticulous a huge waste of points.

I don't know what slimux is doing in this list. You don't have trees or beasts.
In addition to trees not being free, you need to already have 1 in your list (meaning you can't drop a tree without a fortification detachment).

Honestly, in the current meta bringing Morty is a huge liability. Trust me, I love Morty and I have him beautifully painted, but he sits on the shelf because he dies turn 1 or 2.
Drop him and take a fortification detachment for 2 trees. I would then add 3 units of 3 nurglings. Also add poxbring, spoilpox scrivener, and make one of your 3 man bearer units a 30 man with a banner and Icon and you are good to Deep strikethose dudes. You can get them to have -2 to hit and their plague swords to deal 4 dmg each. Pretty sweet business right there.

You don't need a fortification detachment if you have slimux. He creates new ones using reinforcement points .

No, you don't need to have one already to use Horticulous and plant trees with him. I'm guessing you are misreading the "containing 1 Feculent Gnarlmaw" part, but that just refers to the fact that with Horticulous you plant a single gnarlmaw, despite the fact that you can normally buy up to 3 of them in a single slot (and they need to be within 6" ). Without that specifications, you could have planted a "slot" worth of gnarlmaws each turn, meaning up to 3 of them. But you CAN use Horticulous to plant gnarlmaws even without any in your list, you just have to pay reinforcement points for them.

Drop Morty - Agree not competitive in current meta
Don't agree with all the gnarlmaw hype - radius is small - it does NOT buff the save of the PBC - and will only be used for plaguebell chime and as a deterrent to melee (mortal wounds etc.) It moves the save from a 6+ to a 4+ which is one better than the daemon save - important to note I believe the unit also has to be wholey within...
If you have the PBC jsut run the 10x PBC list, 2x poxbringer with flesh abundance and miasma, 2x daemon prince and epidemius list. That list is more optimized for competition and is proven in competitive environ.
