I know there's some overlap in psychic powers but part of the plan is to have access to various levels of buffs depending on the game state. Overall I feel like the game plan is pretty self explanatory, taking advantage of things like tide of traitors, veterans of the long war, and webway to create pressure from multiple fronts fast. Stack the relevant buffs on the Enlightened and let them go to work and finally have the plague bearer blob move up and act as the anchor to the list and to mob up stragglers. That said I'm open to new ideas, changes, etc. Thanks for taking the time to check it out.
