This is my first army and I already have a bunch painted and assembled, I'm trying to make up my mind on how to fill out my last points. also I'm getting discrepancys between how I'm adding my points up and what i get when i look at other peoples lists. I'd really like to have an air detachment.

Mandrakes are really bad ... Reavers are meh, too.

Double your Incubi. 5 won't pack enough wallop or endurance.

Consider adding Yvrainne and exploiting Soul Burst while it exists before the next FAQ nerf.

DE right now don't have the tools to handle the 8e meta. The Turn 1 Deep Strikes are going to punch in your vehicles and there goes the show.

I am doing poorly with Chaos Daemons and CSM, but it was no problem to demolish a Drunkari army in a tourney last week. He was a better payer than me, but couldn't handle a Turn 1 Blood letter bomb.

DE need the screens scouts, nurglings, rangers, or cultist/conscript speed bumps provide. So, maybe Yvraine and some rangers?

Scourges can already deep strike, there's no need of the webway portal. Haywire blasters are utterly useless at the moment, and this is a shame since also my squad is modeled with that weapon, lol.

I'm not a fan of mixing weapons in trueborn squad, I'd always go with 4 blasters or 2 splinter cannons. Drazhar is very bad, take an haemonculus or a second archon instead.

Mandrakes are quite good, reavers are hard to field at the moment since they're way too overpriced. I'd suggest equipping them with grav talons and 1-2 blasters. Agoniser for the champ, at 4 points is a must take. 2-3 more incubi could help, but IMHO the 5 man squad is already ok.

Both the flyers are good, but maybe three of them are too many, you need boots on the ground.
