I'm trying to work out whether I won in this situation. I got first blood and destroyed a unit. So 2 points to me. My opponent destroyed a unit and got 1 point. Another unit failed a morale check and was destroyed.

Does my opponent get a point for that?

Yes, a unit counts as destroyed when all models are killed and/or flee.
