This is my first effort in putting a list together, I’m not trying to be super competitive, but rather just trying to make a list I feel might work, to some point anyway... Are there any glaring issues I’ve created or things I should swap? In an ideal world, I can still use the Commissar, Marshal and Command Squad, as I already have those models. Cheers everyone!

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I think having a mounted officer might not only be great now, but for later too, so I’ll jiggle the list around again and just paint him as an officer when I get him relics may be a good idea too seeing as I have a few points left over, are they in the Astra Militarum Codex? Another question, do you reckon it would be possible to fit in a Leman Russ in at this point level? Thanks!
