So the idea is 3 devastator squads and razorbacks form a gunline with captain/ancient with standard of sacrifice to put out a lot of heavy firepower while the scouts screen for them. I then have the death company/sanguinary guard with rest of my characters to drop down and counterattack where needed. 7 command points as I've got 2 relics. Just an idea I wanna try any advise or critique in the list will be appreciated.

If you want to run a BA gun line I would probably use Dante instead of a captain. He'll help you to get more mileage from the tanks when they start to take damage and the subsequent bs modifiers. He's also a really good counter attack unit in his own right and you won't have to rely on making a charge from deepstrike for your counter assaults. Yes he's expensive but I think he can be worth the price in this kind of list.

The sanguinor is not worth it. Lemartes lets you reroll failed charge and failed hit rolls in the fight phase for DC. Much better than +1 attack from the sanguinor. For the cost of the librarian you can add 5 more DC models, which gets you much more attacks than unleash rage, which can be denied, or you can fail to manifest it.

Hell, make the gun line captain fleshtearers with Seth. Get the rerolls for much cheaper and you aren't relying on any relics that would hinder it
