Hello everybody

What do you think about Slimux? I am thinking about incluiding him in my army. I only play with nurgle daemons.

If it's a good idea play with him, what are the best tacticts?

I do run him pretty often as he's the best access I can get to the Nurgle Tree without taking a specific detachment. He actually hits pretty darn hard and one of the big things about him I like is he has the Plaguebearer keyword so he benefits from Poxbringers, Spoilpox Scriveners and other similar auras. I also obviously think you'll want to summon a Nurgle Tree or two if you're running him.

He's a bit slow and can't benefit from the spoilpox' +2" aura as he's not infantry. Unfortunately this makes it hard to keep him close to the beasts he wants to support.
I thought about deep striking him but with 9PL that would cost 2CP and there are more interesting models to DS than him.

But spoilpox doesn't Talk about infantry, only plaguebearer.
I think the 1" less of move than the beast isn't very important. The thing that i don't like, is that you have to have a feculent gnarlaw in your army if you want to put more with his hability

I think you need to re-read the codex on Spoilpox.

I just advance with him every turn, he'll lag behind but not so much that he won't be where he needs to be in a meaningful time.

And why? Its not a plaguebearer?

Spoilpox's movement aura specifically says Plaguebearer Infantry.
