Hey everyone,
With the new rulebook due for release by Osprey in a few weeks, we've launched a little Kickstarter to add a few more miniatures to the Burrows & Badgers range. Here's a link: Project Link - click it, go on, you know you want to!

cheers
Michael

I love your figures! Picked up some of your figures from the last UK Games Expo, and they are beautifully detailed. My other half got the Roman Legion tortoise, I got the fox assassin and snake mage (which amuses me so much, that all the others are anthropomorphic, and the snake mage is a snake wrapped around a staff!)

Have to show the other half, and back this!

I picked up some at Games Expo too and they're fantastic. I love the Sparrowhawk and Hare Knight in this Kickstarter. Looking forward to what this ruleset may contain.

Hare knight, sparrow, and armored snake have my attention. Cat huntress might go well with the highwaymen (or as a rival).

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Watch and listen to me ramble about these minis before ruining them with paint!

Yeah, the problem with snakes is, if you try to anthro them by giving them arms and legs, they just turn into lizards!

Thanks - just had an email from Osprey to say the proof copies have arrived from the printers; fingers crossed I'll have one to show off soon! The game is a small warband skirmish; 3 to 10 models a side, usually. Simple basic rules, but lots of skills and equipment to personalise your characters, and lots of opportunity for warband development.

The cat huntress is one of those models I'm tempted to make Special Character rules for... I need expansion stuff to put in .pdfs, after all!

I managed to find the pictures of how you sculpt the dragon, it is amazing. I wish I had even quarter the amount of skill you have in sculpting!

It's all a matter of practice, really - I started out rubbish, and gradually got better. You just have to keep plugging away! I've started another step-by-step for one of the minis in this project too, if you fancy a look:

Anyway, two more pics from the KS:

General question, Michael - when it comes to doing insignia on shields, is Brown Stuff the better medium? Considering adding a paw-print to the Halfling's shield when the HISS stuff comes through, so she can go full Order of the Paw

This is, emphatically, why I will continue suggesting nuking Guard and starting over again. It's a legacy army that needs to be rebooted with a new focal point.

Confirmation of why no-one should listen to Kanluwen when it comes to the IG - he doesn't want the IG, he want's Kan's New Model Army...

Backed as I bought a few items a few weeks ago which were really nice.

Using them to introduce my niece to wargaming as the 1.5 rules are fun.

She has me getting a warbands of the cutest critters.

Your last point is especially laughable and comical, because not only the 7th ed Valkyrie shown dumber things (like being able to throw the troopers without parachutes out of its hatches, no harm done) - Irbis

Two more miniatures, one for the Rogues Pledge and one for the Vagabonds. Both are included in the All-In pledge, of course!

Last few hours for the Burrows & Badgers Kickstarter...
Free sleepy mole monk for all Backers, and here's a painted sparrowhawk. I need to stop sculpting for a bit, so I can catch up on the painting!
