Depends on the mission. Board control and speed is not its strong point. Plus get into close combat and its all over.

So that's 24 shots, hitting on 3s, rerolling. For 21.33 hits.
21.33 hits is usually going to be wounding on 2s or 3s, rerolling either way, for 20.74 wounds (2+) or 18.96 wounds (3+).
Then, it gets modified by save. We'll assume anything worth targeting has either a 2+ armor or 5+ invuln, so that's 2/3 chance of going through. 13.83 wounds (2+) or 12.64 wounds (3+). Impressive, enough to body a Baneblade or Knight in one turn... But can it handle 3+ of them?
Also, how would it handle, say, 30 Plaguebearers? You're at -1 to hit them, but do wound on 2s, so let's check!
Since rerolls happen before modifiers, you can only reroll 1s and 2s. Out of 36 shots, that means you get 18 hits, 6 misses, and 12 rerolls, which turns into 6 extra hits, or 24/36. So 3+ rerolling all with a -1 penalty is the same as 3+ no rerolls and no penalty. Interesting.
So, that's 18 hits, 15 wounds, 10 failed saves, and probably 8-10 dead, assuming decent damage rolls. Congrats! You killed 70 points.
I typically run two squads of 30 in my Nurgle list, and against this, would simply deepstrike them nearby. You'd be doomed.
Edit: Wait, they have nippleguns, don't they? Nevermind, THAT ALONE would not doom you.
But yeah, this list ain't that bad. At all.

Interesting list tbh, my first thought was that 20 Genestealers T1 charge, or Berserker rush are gonna to mess them up. But after doing the math I found that I might be wrong, cause 6 Hurricane Bolter overwatch near Gulliman is gonna kill 11 of the Genestealers or 5.5 Berserkers, befjore the 12 Lascannons killing 2 Genestealers or 3 Berserkers. Such casauty would likely deplete their combat effectiveness in the incoming phase. After that the Cents can pull out...
I think now such list's problem lay on that they lack of mobility and weakness against the mass indirect firing units, like baslisk, Hive Guards, etc.. and of course, an IG tank battalion that managed to go first against you.

In GW fluff, iirc, The Astartes honors a honorable face to face fight and despise stab a dagger from the back.....
