Hello all. I was wondering if there is any way to legally equip a hellbrute with twin auto cannons not reaper? I have the old forge world model but I don’t think there are rules for twin autos for CSM. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything as all of the old models should have rules and it is not a reaper cannon so playing it as such is not technically WYSIWYG. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas

No, Helbrutes can only be equipped with the reaper autocannon.

If your opponents were okay with you running it as a Hellforged Contemptor Dreadnought, you could equip that with a twin autocannon.

What is the difference, physically speaking, between a miniature with a reaper autocannon and one with two ordinary autocannon?

They look pretty much identical to me. That's probably why there's no entry in Imperial Armour – Index: Forces of Chaos (I'm assuming there is no entry in that book )

Just run it as a Reaper Autocannon, it's no big deal... a double barreled auto-cannon is essentially the same.
