Of course, Iirc, there is no words like "it cannot be applied on units just arrived from reserve".

tbh, this is a powerful psychic spell that punishes those who use Marine Scouts and deployed them "too far forward", because the Deepstrikers can use this spell to jump over the scout screen and charged into Tanks / Devastators behind. The opponent would have to choose: either risk their big guns being silenced early on, or give up broad control.

has anyone got any good loadouts? ive been trying a Renegades lord on bike with axe of blind fury and powerfist to move, get warptime from a deep striking sorcerer then move advance and charge. there is normally 24 inches between deployment zones so moving a bike to within 9 inches of the enemy to meet the sorcerer is normally pretty easy. then i get a minimum 21"move and advance up to a 27" move and then get to charge ontop of that. I normally waste 3 cp to let him fight again after the first fight phase. but against mortarion and magnus its hard to down them in one fight phase. i normally get killed when they fight back. Im trying to make a warlord turn 1 killing unit.

But units would get more value for money.. but also more risk if it fails to cast.

I want to try out renegade warptalons. They have the move to clear a screen with warptime and multi charge what's behind with no risk of overwatch.
