There are much cheaper Hq choices available. Right now you have half of your points invested in 2 models. At low points games I like to take low cost Hq like captain and lieutenants.

Before you make changes, play the list the way it is now amd see what performs and what doesn't.

Scouts are your friend as troops choices, cheaper and better deployment options. A cheaper HQ eg techmarine to repair your pred and razor, will gice you points to buy another unit. Also assulat razorbacks are lots of points now without a lieutenant to improve your wounding your limited to troops as targets.

Calgary can be a good HQ choice but more at the 1000pts plus level.
Dreadnaughts also have the advantage of chapter tactics over vehicals due to GW's derpy spacemarine vehicals don't get chapter tactics decision.

Thank you both for the inputs! so I've updated it like this:
-cheaper HQ which can heal the predator
-scouts instead of tactical squads
-drednoughts because they can enjoy the aura buff of the liutenant,

Random questions:
-why the predator would not enjoy the aura?
-Lascannons already have high strength, maybe it's better to change aura and pick the one to reroll hits now that the razorback with assault cannon is gone?
-Or anyways to equip the dreadnoughts in a different way?

The predators will still benefit from hq auras, but not from chapter tactics like the raven guard -1 to hit at over 12" away.

You may have gone a little too heavy on the lascannons. Now you don't have anything against hordes. You have to try to walk the line and be able to deal with both, lots of troops or lots of armor. Once you start playing you will see what works best for your tactic style. There is no one correct answer but many different good answers.

Personally I would go heavy bolter sponsons over lascannons on the pred also if your ultra use the points to add chronos you might need to loose the tacticals but IMHO its worth it also ditch the missile launcher on the dread as chraging a dread with a DCC is a lot more intimidating.

A quick list that would give you similar but slightly differently is Ultramarine battalion

HQ
Techmarine
Chronus
Twin las Heavy Bolter Pred

Troups
3 scout squads

Elites
Contemptor dread assault cannon
Venerable dread twin lascannon

Thanks for the suggestions, definitely without the razorback assault cannon there was nothing left to shoot up stuff! Chronus looks super strong, I will try it.

Now the tough, almost final, question:
-one of the guys regularly plays some combination of aeldari rangers, bikers, dark reapers and at least one psyker (can't remember the name, Farseer maybe).

How should I exploit this knowledge? He always teleports the dark reapers and the bikers, so even if I begin I can't gun them down. I also noticed with this little points he relies almost exclusively on the bikers squad to capture objective not in his deployment zone. He needs the psyker to cast a spell to make the bikers move after they deepstriked, the other spells he mentions are guidance and doom.

I think like this:
-the contemptor with the assault cannon should go toward the most likely objective where the bikers will appear, because the assault cannon should be pretty good against them.
-the predator and the other dreadnought should go toward the dark reapers
Does it make sense?

If he truly relies on unit to get him his points, then kill it. Violence of action, fire superiority, etc...

Target priority is something you will pick up over time. Sometimes you can get away with splitting your attention, sometime you just have to focus fire on one unit. It all depends on the situation and your opponent.
