Hello, I was wondering if anyone has purchased from Bits and Kits before and had any problems?
I made two orders which were very close to each other last month (13th and 15th) and have only received the one I made on the 15th though both have been paid for through Paypal. Ive left a few messages on their site regarding the issue but have received a response from them.
Anyone had anything similar happen when ordering through them?

I'm not going to re-read the lunacy that is the last few pages of this thread, but I'd be very surprised if anyone actually said that. Even that one guy banging on about how relatively difficult it might be for an Inquisitor to acquire power armour, I don't think even that guy said that.

I've never had a problem with them before.
Maybe its a weather problem?

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Possibly, but I made the other order 2 days after and it arrived in about a week. It's really frustrating that they haven't at least got in contact to let me know if there is a problem

Seems to be lots of posties using the weather as an excuse. I'm tracking a parcel at the moment and apparently at 0550 this morning they tried to deliver but the address was inaccessible due to weather.

I mean, at least wait until a plausible time before you put that status on.

ETA - and then it arrived without ever being out for delivery...

I imagine it's somewhere (possibly lost) in the postal system. There must be a huge backlog due to the snow, and so some parcels are going to get lost.

Like I have said previously, it was before the snow (13th February) and an order I made on the 15th arrived a couple of weeks ago. I am just really frustrated in that ive not received any replies to the messages I have left them. I think tomorrow I will simply open a paypal dispute of non-delivery

Ordered off them a bit with only a few problems, biggest bug bear though is they never respond to emails I send. I've had refunds, replacement bits sent out but never a response via email, it's pretty frustrating. Use bitz box quite a bit too in the uk. Range isn't as good but service is excellent and they are so much quicker than bits and kits. Tend to use which ever had the bits I need.

Yeah likewise. I have used bitzbox a number of times with only one minor problem which was replaced, they have great customer service.
Its interesting to see someone else who hasn't received replies. Yeah they have a smaller range that bits and kits but as it stands now I think I will just stay with botzbox and ebay for bits now
