-----------------------

The strategy is a balanced one (I hope) with the two Troupes, with Troupe Masters, in Starweavers leading the Kabalite Warriors and Archon in the Raider, and the Shining Spears, with the Farseer Skyrunner, on the charge, while the Dark Reapers sit back with Yvraine, and the Warlock, Yvraine casting Word of the Phoenix on them.

The Rangers will drop in cover to provide support, while the third Troupe, with the Shadowseer, will be reaction troops, dropping in where they are needed, or can be best used, and the Corsairs and small Kabalite Warrior unit will act as bodyguards for the support troops, pushing up late game to grab objectives. Thanks for reading, any feedback is very welcome

Nice list.
I think you need a more ranged AT. Fusion pistols and SS are great, but very short ranged. It's actually very easy to bubblewrap tanks to prevent your fusion pistol from being in range. If you can't use them, you're left with close to nothing to take on big tanks.
The troupe + shadowseer combo is a nice trick, but it's very expansive at 3CP. I think it's only worth it with a big troupe, so more like 10-12 guys. You need the additional bodies to create a real threat (48 S4 AP-3 attacks are pretty scary), and it helps a lot with the auras (you can konga line to stay within the shadowseer's aura, and maybe get a guy close to a nearby troupe master).

But I find it difficult to give you advice as to what to change in the list. With 3 battalions, there isn't much room for adjustments, since most of your points are spent in the required units to fill the detachments.

Thanks for the feedback. The three battalions was to ensure I had the all important CP's, not least to make the cost of dropping the Troupe and Shadowseer in less painful. But I agree that it does limit flexibility.

My initial thought is to drop the Archon, Raider and Kabalite Warriors, to replace them with a Kabalite Trueborn unit in a Venom, or a Scourges unit, both bristling with AT. They'd be serious fire magnets but hopefully should survive long enough to do their job. Which would be stronger?

It would mean losing the third battalion for a patrol instead, but should free up some points for more Harlies to drop in
