Hi Everyone,

I am an old 40k player who stopped playing in 5th edition and is coming back into the fold. I really like the Eldar in this edition and I especially like all their cool HQ choices. Has anyone had any experience playing HQ heavy Eldar? Does it work well? What type of list do you need to support them? Which HQ's do you think are good for this?

I would also be curious in hearing experiences about how to play a list like this on the table. Since I imagine placement would be really important

I appreciate any insight,

I normally run an Autarch on Jetbike, a Farseer and a pair of Warlocks or Spiritseers at 2000 points and find they work very well. While not beatsticks, the buffs they can give to surrounding units make them easily worth their points and the Autarch is punchy enough to finish off units that have been softened up by shooting first. His greatest kill to date was skewering a Storm Raven in melee.

I stand between the darkness and the light. Between the candle and the star.
