Got into a pretty sizeable debate today over some tidbits related to Warlord traits, Relics, and Attributes.

First, my Aledari army:
Farseer
Warlock
3x DE Warriors in Venoms
5x WG in a WS
3x Ravagers

Alaitoc Air-Wing Detachment:
2x Hemlocks
1x Crimson Hunter Exarch

The point of contention was:
Does my Farseer get access to CW Warlord traits and access to Relics? I argued yes because it states that it just needs to be Asuryani Character. My battalion's CW was Biel-tan and my Farseer had the Spirit Stone and Biel-tan Warlord trait.

Second:
Do I get access to CW Strategems? I argued yes again because I have a CW unit only detachment in the Air-Wing.

Last:
Which units get the -1 to hit from the Alaitoc attribute. I argued only my Air-Wing, but not any of my other CW units because they're not a pure CW detachment.

Can someone confirm?

Yes that's all correct. Hard to argue against if you have read your codex.

Yep, seconding Captyn Bob.

When you select the Farseer for your army, you choose a Craftworld for him to belong to. If he is your Warlord then he has access to the Craftworlds table in addition to the (in this case) Biel-Tan trait. As Warlord he also allows access to a Craftworld relic, including the Spirit Stone (as it is Biel-Tan specific), but also the other Craftworld ones as long as you have an appropriate Craftworld Character (longwinded example: you could have a Biel-Tan Farseer as your Warlord, and an Ulthwe Farseer in the same detachment, and use your one relic to give Ghosthelm of Alishazier to the Ulthwe 'seer).

The Air-Wing grants access to Craftworld stratagems, which can be used on any unit in your army as long as they have the correct Keyword. The models in the Air-wing also benefit from the (Alaitoc) Craftworld trait, as it is a pure detachment. But no models in the Batallion will benefit from the shuriken re-rolls of the Biel-Tan trait, as they are not in a pure detachment.

This is all correct.
