I have a small collection of empty GW paint pots, and I was wondering what you guys do with them. I would hate to throw them away.

Model stands are always a solid choice. You could also clean them thoroughly and use them to hold your own paint mixtures as well.I tend to make my own texture paints and on occasions washes if I'm doing a large terrain piece.

I put simple green into an old GW pot. While airbrushing, I dip a cotton bud into it to clean off tip dry.

This. Especially for airbrush you don't want to mix paint and thinner at the airbrush cup.

I have a load of old pots not a fan of the flip tops and I’ll post a picture when I get home, I liked the twist top pots although if you weren’t careful the paint spill over the threads would seal the pot shut, hot water was your friend

Will definitely use them as paint stands though

I find it easier to buy a new paint and use that one as the base for a new colour. Just mix it into the pot.
