Avoid meganobz if you don't have a way to deliver them, like a trukk, BW or weirdboy. Bring more kanz instead.

The 2 planes are goods but the rest of the army is squichy...
Grots like this are useless... the wind can destroy them
Use one or two spearhead detachment instead of the bataillion... get rid of the infantry
Take 1 or 2 big gun or KMK

I'd like to see the army fluff wise but it won't be very efficient...

I've head success with grot tanks and grot mega tank. ( I converted them from the back half or skorcha trakk). I got good use of dakka jets as well. Kanz were good when I supported them with a waaagh banner and kff Mek. The grots can be screen for the kanz etc. I've heard bad things about the shock attack gun this edition but never tried it myself. A lot of people recommend Kustom mega kannon artillery but I tried them and had terrible luck. Mega nobz are great when you can da jump them or load them in a trukk. Not foot slogging way too slow at M4.

I went to far in the fluff direction with the meganobz. I know it's nit good, but I am keeping the SAG. For fun. I have a spearhead detachment handy. I'll update op.

You could take this list as 2 spearhead detachments to get the extra cp.

I'd separate the kannons into inidivduals to make one spearhead, then separate the two kmb kanz to make the second det. That way you keep the +1 attack for the 3 kanz.
