The usual options of disputing credit card charges or filing a paypal dispute aren't available to you. You can complain and then try to take them to court.
Should be next business day but they probably aren't in the habit of trawling through their bank statement daily because who sends bank transfers?
Seriously, this is what paypal is for. I will use it anytime it's an option, especially with small stores, because it stops card processing accidents where they charge the wrong amount or charge you twice.
