I just ordered one of their mats and I have transferred the money over. But I had some questions:

- I am used to just having a normal online payment on the website. The transfer actually cost money since the bank was foriegn and I had to quote my order number. Is that all I need to do? If I had known it was going to be any kind of hassle I would have made a PayPal account or kept browsing for a UK site; but not many came up and most of them were bad.

- Will they be able to match my payment with the order number?

- I assume they won't dispatch it unless they receive payment?

- If they don't send the item through or claim they haven't received payment what should I do?

- How long does it take for the money to get this part of the process sorted?

I'm assuming they've done this before, so they should have everything covered. Also FWIW, Paypal is so much easier. Int'l purchases are sometimes complicated. Paypal makes it easier.

I already picked that as my payment option and have transferred the money. Basically Iam not going to send a second payment if they ask for it. I'd rather lose my money and not get conned.

I already have lots of different online accounts with their passwords, I don't see the point in wasting effort making another one. Especially when it's not been an issue up until this point since every company you can just do this automatically by plugging your info in the website. I'd like minimum of fuss with all this sort of stuff and making seperate accounts and transferring money to them is a lot of work.

As for the quality of the mats... can't be faulted great investment.

Yes, that's all you need to do.

Yes, that's correct.

Yes, they will want to see the payment before they send your stuff.

The usual options of disputing credit card charges or filing a paypal dispute aren't available to you. You can complain and then try to take them to court.

Should be next business day but they probably aren't in the habit of trawling through their bank statement daily because who sends bank transfers?

Seriously, this is what paypal is for. I will use it anytime it's an option, especially with small stores, because it stops card processing accidents where they charge the wrong amount or charge you twice.
