I've just discovered relics in W40K and I found a lot of Battlescribe roster with them in it, but I don't know how to have access to them. I want to put the suppurating armor on my daemon prince and I don't know where to find it. I've tried selecting Gift of Decay (1 relic), but it doesn't work.

It's usually available once you select Warlord.
