How well do you think the boyz would hold up in this on a motorcycle? Do you think I could fit a army in there?

You'll be fine, so long as you fill in the gaps around your miniatures with extra foam or tissue paper.

Battlefoam has another backpack case, the PACK GO, which is a little larger than the one you've linked to. I own one myself, and it can carry two to three thousand points of models (maybe a little fewer for Orks). It's a good product, and mine has held up for five years and counting. It might be a little too bulky for riding on a motorcycle, unless you're bigger guy.

I also own a KR Multicase backpack, which is smaller than the PACK GO, and has all of the advantages and disadvantages of the KR system. I might take a look at that as well, as it can expand and collapse as you need it.

Or were selling their branded (halo, dropship commander) backpacks without the card cases for a massive discount a few months ago, might be worth seeing if they still are.

keep it rubber side down and secure the case and you should be fine, I used to hit my flgs on my motorcycle (ducati monster). it had two handles under the passenger seat that were very convenient, I used a normal small duffle bag with some foam inserts and a few straps, never had an issue with anything breaking or coming loose
