I only have 2 storm surge...wonder if I should pick up a 3rd. Once the surges get into medium range at 26" with the sept trait - you are dropping 4 shots str 12 with ap-3 flat 4 damage. Even have decent number of command points and screening units.

No drones mean your going to be tabled pretty fast. Shooting in 8th requires many more drones to be viable for some protection. Surges are not that great, 3x of not so great...

What are the drones protecting? The commanders? They are mobile enough that good positioning should protect them.

The added range from bork'an helps alot and there is plenty of marker support in the list for 3 surges. I think it has potential
