I recommend starting off by building a basic battalion to score yourself 3 command points. This would consist of a commander with 4 fusion blasters (the best weapon for them with their BS2+), a fireblade, and 3x 5 man strike teams.
From there decide if your army is going to go heavy on fire warriors. If yes, then you can turn those 5 man teams into 12 man. You might also want to consider adding a second duplicate battalion for 3 additional command points. If you were to throw in an ethereal then this would be roughly 950 points for 2x commanders, 2x fireblades, 1x ethereal and 72 fire warriors. That is a very strong base with plenty of points left over for some heavy hitters.
If you decided to build a suit heavy army, then stick to just the first battalion and add a vanguard detachment. Crisis suits get very expensive fast so I recommend leaving 1 elite slot of a 3 man team and then fill your other 2 require slots with a 3 man stealth team (with a fusion blaster) and one of the larger suits such as a riptide or ghostkeel. Stealth suits big and small are designed for applying pressure/harassment while crisis suits jump directly into the fray and try to earn back as much value as possible before the are destroyed.
With your remaining points it really comes down to your preference. Hammerheads, broadsides, stormsurges, etc are all strong choices. You could also just take multiple riptides or ghostkeels if you prefer. I personally would take 3 detachments at all times so I could field 3 commanders (battalion, vanguard, spearhead or battalion, vanguard, vanguard or battalion, battalion, vanguard)
Lastly as for your crisis suit loadouts:
- winners: cyclonic ion blaster, flamer,
- situational: fusion blaster, plasma (I always run a few fusion blasters and plasma can be good against single wound MEQ)
- meh: missile pods, burst cannon (MP are too expensive and the burstcannon's str 5 is pointless when you could just run fire warriors)
