I was wondering if anyone could give me a hand. I can't find any guides on how to achieve a neon fluorescent purple colour.

There are fluorescent pigments you can buy in most hobby/art stores.

There are, and I got all 5 I found.
But, Purple isn't one of the 5 I found listed.
Is there a mix-ratio anyone uses when starting with the basic neon colours?

Red and Blue makes purple.

That was my issue, every cpolour but purple.

If you can find a Neon Pink and Blue, I'd recommend just mixing those to be purple. Start with the Pink and slowly add a bit of Blue until you get the shade you like.
