Columbia, Missouri looks pretty close by. For a moment I thought You meant Columbia, Illinois.
If You are in the Saint Louis Area there are two shops. Game Nite & Miniature Market. I don't know if they have 40K Tournaments though.

I was referring to the one in Missouri. I live there. We've got a couple of decent game stores, but only one of them has regular 40k events. If I get a chance I might have a look at the stores you mentioned in St. Louis.
