Long story short - grandkids were over. Four year old grandson decided he wanted guns to play with while he played with the old clicks minis I had given him (gotta start 'em early!). He decided to raid my painting table for my soritas heavy bolters which were still primed black. Searching the house I found all but one.

So now I have an almost fully painted sister with no weapon, and it makes it an uneven number of heavy bolters. Its driving my OCD crazy.

Is my only option to buy the full mini on ebay for $15? It seems like bitz shops dont have sisters items - I lost about 3 or 4 backpacks over the years, but I know I can get replacements / stand-ins for those. This heavy bolter, however.... and I love the look of this miniature with the soritas weapon.

Thanks for any ideas.... even condolences are appreciated!!

No one anywhere has bits for SoB. Even places like Kromlech who say they sell SoB bits aren't in the right scale. Your only hope is to find a recaster on ebay selling the thing you need and I guarantee they're not making heavy bolters.

Time to buy a replacement mate, sorry.

There is a slim chance that another sisters player local to you might have one - the heavy weapon models are often used to make custom sister superiors.

If you can't source a weapon then I would suggest the same thing, a spare sword and pistol from a canoness or a replacement from another source (the bionic arm from the cadian kit fits with a little trimming for instance)

Get hold of some blustuff and some epoxy putty and boom, you can make as many extra bitz as you need. I've just started using it myself, it's pretty straight forward!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.
