Anyone else kind of disappointed they didn't try to pull anything off? I've been checking the community page every so often expecting another "How To Roll Citadel Dice" but there was nothing I could see.
Shame. It seems like something NuGW would have been raring to do.

The April Fools jokes have always been on Warhammer TV, not Warhammer Community.

"Lol, classic martel. 'I know it was strong enough to podium in the biggest tournament in the world but I refuse to acknowledge space marines are good because I can't win with them and it can't possibly be ME'."
DakkaDakka is really the place where you need anti-tank guns to kill basic dudes, because anything less isn't durable enough. |

They've had some clever ones in the past. My favourite is the GW branded "War-ter" from last year

"Courage and Honour. I hear you murmur these words in the mist, in their wake I hear your hearts beat harder with false conviction seeking to convince yourselves that a brave death has meaning.
There is no courage to be found here my nephews, no honour to be had. Your souls will join the trillion others in the mist shrieking uselessly to eternity, weeping for the empire you could not save.
To the unfaithful, I bring holy plagues ripe with enlightenment. To the devout, I bring the blessing of immortality through the kiss of sacred rot.
And to you, new-born sons of Gulliman, to you flesh crafted puppets of a failing Imperium I bring the holiest gift of all.... Silence."

The "grenade launcher" styled GW spraygun was a classic.
Load your 6 (or 8, whatever it was) paint pots into it, and with one pull of the trigger,it's undercoated, base coated, detailed, washed and varnished all in one go.
They've also had striped and quartered paint to make it easier to do the old Empire puffy sleeved guard and quartered knights/marine patterns.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

The left-handed paintbrushes get a mention every so often on the Hang Out And Paint videos on Warhammer TV; the reason they never went on ale is that Chris Peach hoarded them all.

Then comes along the frakking Spinosaurus who kills the T-rex, and the movie says "LOVE THIS NOW! HE IS BETTER" But...in your heart, you love the T-rex, who shouldn't have lost to no stupid Spinosaurus. So you hate the movie. And refuse to love the Spinosaurus because it is a hamfisted attempt at taking what you loved, making it TREX +++ and trying to sell you it.

The WTV videos are often delayed a few days before going up on their Youtube channel.
May just be a way to funnel people towards there facebook page
