So, my first army. I want to do Militarum Tempestus and the products of the Schola Progenium, as I think unagmented humans can be ELITE, too. As noted already, I would love any and all advice. I have not purchased any models, as I am on a strict budget and want the army to be as close to perfect as possible before I commit money, so I don’t have to go back and make any additional costly purchases.
