Hi folks,
I've been oh-so-temped to join the ranks of Drukhari on several occasions over the years - but now we have models which are stunning AND an 8th edition where there is no such thing as a 'dud' army*, I think I'm going to take the plunge!
I love the colour scheme that I've seen which is Alpha-Legion-esque Metallic Turquoise.. you can see it in the attached image:
https://www.games-workshop.com/en-AU/Court-of-the-Archon-Collection-2018
Has anyone painted Drukhari in these scheme before? Do you know what name that paint(s) is/are?
Many many thanks!

Not seen it done on Dark Eldar before, but plenty of Alpha Legion. It generally involves doing a model up in silver (shadows, highlights and all), then air brushing on clear paints, adjusting the green and blue mix or order to taste.
Alternatively find the blue-green paint or mix that you want to use and add metallic medium to it. There's no shortage of jades and turquoises out there across any of the paint ranges.

If you don't have the Citadel Paint App, grab it.
What this is meant to be is the colors of Vect's Kabal. The colors they use are their "Sea Green" paint style.
Basecoat with Incubi Darkness
Shade Coelia Greenshade
Edge Highlight with Kabalite Green
Further Edge Highlight of Sybarite Green.

Eeh, that's what it says, but this is what the model ends up looking like: https://img00.deviantart.net/8759/i/2017/164/5/9/darkeldar___kabalite_warriors_by_skie_maree-dbcjrw0.jpg That seems radically different to the art. I'm thinking of this: - STEGADON SCALE GREEN (base) - Vallejo Metallic Medium (either diluted on top of base, or mixed with base/layer) - KABALITE GREEN (Layer) - SYBARITE GREEN (Edge Highlight) - COELIA GREENSHADE (Shade) Hopefully that could get me the colour scheme here https://www.games-workshop.com/en-AU/Court-of-the-Archon-Collection-2018 Any suggestions on what could get me closer?

If you are looking for a metallic look and not wanting to be all GW then http://www.warcolours.com/ Metallic Turquoise, and apply a little silver and washed and working up with regards Chrome effect look.
The image on the book is very much "candy colours" and requires an airbrush as its a specialised skill. However, you could look at http://scale75.com/en/70-metal-n-alchemy-range?id_category=70&n=24 Emerald and Cobalt colours to mix up and give you that look, but go down the GW AoS Sigmarites paint style with washes and lining.
Suspect t would look good, especially if you went with a mat weapon and under areas with the pale skin.

What colour do you use for bases? The sandy dark colour, looks like XV-88 or something alike

Vallejo Metallic Medium would need to be mixed in, it's too opaque on its own to work as a cover layer like you're thinking. Of course, that makes mixing with GW colours a bit of a guess job on getting the ratio perfect every time.
