Idea is warriors screen at start or if i go first can veil into clear chaff, dda/destroyers for anti tank and im hoping the vault can hang around long enough to do some damage.

I may get things thrown at me for saying this, but with 3x DDA and a TV, you have heavy hitters. If you gave up the destroyers in this particular list, you could bring your troops to optimum levels and have points left over for Scarabs to chase objectives or distract.

I also think Veils are better on Crypteks to move the huge warrior blobs. Immortals are more resilient and should cluster around the Overlord, who shouldn't be deep striking. I'd make him the warlord.

5 immortals are so easily killed, it would be better not taking them, wasted points. Once they are all killed you cant roll RP for the unit. You need some screens for the DDAs. Warriors are to expensive, use scarabs. Lose the vault, get another DDA, scarabs and more immortals.
