I want to make a Black Templar Army and am thinking of getting the chapter upgrade kit and want to know if it fits the pramaris marines before I buy it.

Shoulder pads, heads and small extra doodahs will work, chest pieces and arms won't.

Well, you can use them, but they're a bit smaller. It doesn't look super weird,though. And perhaps all the chains will obscure the small size difference.

Glue them a smidgen lower and hide the space with the shoulder pad

in generally it doesn't look tooooo off.
