Subject: Help with settling on a chaos paint scheme
So im wanting to create a custom paint scheme for my chaos marines that ultimately fits Slaanesh. I am a fan of the primary color being some kind of purple maybe with pink mixed in however with these guys being a homebrew renegade chapter i don't want them to look like wannabe emporers children. So does anyone have any suggestions?

Base them with naggaroth night and wash druchii violet. If you do this they will look different to all the main Astartes factions, and you can the build from there on what to do with other colours.

From Tamiya Colors I once found pots of paint with fluorescent green and really dandy pink...
That could do the trick for a different Slaaneshi paint scheme where the Chaos Marines need as garish colours as they can find to still even register each other anymore.

That's actually not a bad idea
So heres the color scheme I've come up with so far
Armour
Base Nagaroth Night wash Druchi violent
Do the shoulder pads in Thousand Sons Blue
Trim color will depend on company
My plan is for this slaaneshi chapter to still function as a chapter even though numbers wise they are way large than most space marine chapters (12 companies of 600 marines per company)
1 company comprised of terminators chosen and possessed gold trim
Second company silver
Third company pink
Fifth company Green trim
6th company red trim
7th company not decide on trim color but they will purely bikers
8th company again not decided on color but will be purely raptors and warp talons
9 company will be a purely CSM company
10th company will purely be a Havocs company
11th company will be a company of purely obliteratprs
12 company being purely mutilators
