Like you probably gathered from the title, I was wondering how well Skitarii arms would fit onto a Sisters of Silence torso. Do the joints line up well enough? Do they scale well together?

The photo below shows the relative sizes. Skitarii arms are quite small, but Sisters of Silence are even more narrow. It could work, but you'd have to get around the fairly unusual (quasi ball-and-socket) way the sisters arms join to the bodies, and the way the shoulder armour extends beyond the shoulder joint itself.

Thanks for the reference photo! I suppose my other question would be whether the capes are part of their backs or if they'e optional pieces.

Unfortunately they are, the upper back of the torso is integrated into the cape..
