So,
we are having a 1250 highlander tourney in may and I'd like some ideas how to tweak my list.

Restrictions:
- no duplicate units except troops
- no named characters

We are playing CA missions and on a 4x4" tables.

So this is what I'm planning so far, what do you think? In my first draft there was a normal libarian with the relic JP, but it felt a bit of out of place, because I was thinking it having dual role as a SG buffer and a overwatch deny. Lib dread is a beast so when it gets wings of, it can deliver some. If I want to go swap to the jump packed librarian, I can just add one more SG and give the devastator squad an ablative. Without Lemartes my eyes turned towards SG because of their 2+ save and 2 wounds. Other than that, list should be quite straight forward. Capt buffs the heavy section with the lieutenant for 1-2 turns before re-deploys with upon wings of fire strat unless he needs to deny some overwatch.. Intercessors (only squad I really want to give a try, everything else is swapable..) and scouts give screen. SG will arrive hopefully later after shooting has taken biggest threats away.

I'm expecting necrons, Ad Mech, sisters, maybe nids and space wolves..

If you swap the rhino for a heavy support unit you can get a spearhead detachment, +1 CP.

do you guys think it's worth 1 CP if I swap the asscan razor to a baal pred?

Footslogging tacticals feel a bit meh so that's why second intercessor squad they bring more wounds and in highlander, I hope that 2 damage weaponry is more of a rarity.

Drop one ML from the dev squad, drop the JP librarian and add mephiston, he is so much better than a JP librarian.

He would be an auto-include for me, but our highlander rules forbid any named characters. Luckily mr. Slam ain't one..
