If there was such thing as Einherjars in the 40k universe, would they be heretical or accepted military force?

Say it's WolfBrothers with unwritten lore, they have shamans instead of rune priests, then they summon undead spirits or something, essentially what I call einherjars.

Would that be pretext to an inquisitorial purge or they don't give a s***?

A SM Chapter can get away with pretty much anything just as long as they never come into contact with a puritan Inquisitor or someone who is likely to talk to a puritan Inquisitor.

A SM Chapter who is protected by a radical Inquisitor in return for working as that Inquisitor's personal chamber militant can potentially get away with even more... until that Inquisitor gets excommunicated anyway.

The thing to remember about the Imperium is that, for all its attempts at totalitarianism, it's really, really big. Too big for the bureaucracy to really function as it is supposed to. So big that whole sectors can go centuries without contact with anyone with the authority to put a stop to theoretically heretical practices. A world or a star system or a SM Chapter might have been cut off from contact with Terra for a thousand years or more by warp-storms. Even blatant Chaos-worshipping or xenos-worshipping cults can survive for generations in what is officially still Imperial space.

In short, feel free to give your SM Chapter whatever outlandish spiritual beliefs and practices you think are cool. As long as they're not summoning daemons in the Segmentum Solar, they can probably get away with being as weird as you like.

A little bit of righteous anger now and then is good, actually. Don't trust a person who never gets angry.

Problem is that that's the exact situation kinda, then you have to decide what the inquisitor has to do about it.

What is an einherjar?

Einherjar are those who have died in battle and are brought to Valhalla by valkyries.

It's not really a concept that works for 40k. We don't have your 'average joes' being brought back to life constantly. The closest thing to the concept would be things like how the Space Wolves chose recruits.

Thing is, Russ said that he will return to the final battle, The Wolf Time.

That's why I want the Wolf Brothers to have shamans instead of Rune Priests, that these shamans can call upon the spirits of old from beyond and make them join the battle.

One could argue that the Legion of the Damned are something very close to this. Depending on what fluff you take as “true"

Treat them like Legion of the Damned. They fit the bill.

Also as someone else noted, one could argue these are what the Space Wolves ARE simply by virtue of how they recruit

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

The Ghost Knights that accompany Grandmaster Vorth Mordrak would be similar.
