Is it possible to convert my space wolf Intercessors into grey hunters?

In fact my plan was to convert my entire SW army to true Scale using Primaris, but I have too many bikes and thunderwolf cav and they'd look way off. I wound up using the Primaris I picked up to make a Ultramarines army instead and kept the SW as the regular marines, but no reason you couldn't convert them into regular blood claws, grey hunters and longfangs
