I'm getting some Emperor's Children goodies soon and want to do the classic Black and Pink scheme because I really like it. I'm having difficulties painting pink easily that I like. The best I've found it use Celstra Grey to base (I hate Corax white, at least GW white so I use a very light grey instead), do a coat of Emperor's Children Pink, A wash of Carroburg Crimson for shading, and then a highlight again of Emperor's Children. It turned out alright, but I'm not sure if there is an easier/quicker method to do pink. If not, I'm wondering if I should do Pink Horror instead of the first coat of EC pink, wash, then the highlight pink. I've tried Duncan's video but I don't have good luck with Corax white spray so just curious if there was another way to try it. Also willing to try different brands of Pink. I have Squid Pink and I think it's Centaur Pink from Army Painter coming in to try too.

Here's Warhammer TV's take on the matter...

If it’s painting the pink to do really good coverage, we have a our dark pink colour that provides great coverage over any Base colour.

If this is something for you:

I painted on a base coat of Steel Legion Drab/Graveyard Earth.

Solid layer of Emperor's Children.

Healthy wash of Druchii Violet.

Putting on Emperor's Children in three to four wet layers, all in one go.

Same with Fulgrim Pink.

Quick, easy and has the advantage of working on black primer like a charm without having to worry about the woes of white paint.
