Imperial Fists or one of their successor chapters might suit you. They're also very much into bolters, even have a Stratagem to boost bolt weapons.

http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Imperial_Fists

Start there, check the successor chapters out too.

You might want to wait a week and consider Deathwatch if you actually want bolters to be a heavy hitter in your army. Special Issue Ammunition should (in theory) make the boltgun more attractive, though whether that holds true in play remains to be seen.

This, it's worth waiting.

Also, sternguard veterans have the best boltguns in the game. They're accessible to all codex chapters, and maybe blood angels.

Imperial fists also synergize well with Sternguard. Should they ever become good.

A note on color scheme: Unless you've already picked, I'd recommend doing Blood Ravens. Their origins are mysterious, so they could easily be a successor of any chapter you want. This would give you the future flexibility to play the rules for any Marine chapter you desire, except maybe Space Wolves as those are pretty specific

Well if you're into STEALING bolters and other equipment that's a good idea.

You could always make up your own chapter and have it entirely focused on bolter weaponry.
It also means you can paint the marines whatever colors you want, and it will be unique from other people's armies.

However, if you want to use an existing chapter, the Blood Ravens are pretty cool. I recommend Dawn of War 2. It has some good Blood Raven characters and is just a really fun game.

My second favorite chapter. Even doing a few squads of them as "Deathwatch" to represent nicked equipment!

The angry marines. They are the best chapter ever.

You can go deathwatch with their fancy silver arms of indecision.
The blood angels with all their daddy issues
The chaos marines, with their green... oh wait the dark angels still prestend to be space marines
The pound puppies, just need to be put down.. what space marine chapter openly advocates for flees, the space wolves do.
The black templars are so irrelevant they don't even get a codex.
No one likes the ultrasmurffs and rowboat gillysuit.

The angry marines are just angry, they also get power boots...

Make a custom one! I did Ultramarines first, then decided with Primaris coming out, I'd switch everything up and make a custom Chapter too.

Make a custom paint job. That way you can say your army is a successor chapter to whatever codes is winning games these days.
