Ok so Tesseract vault doesnt benefit from Dynastic codes because he is a ctan shard.

But he got a Dynastic code ! So does he benefits from specifics dynastic stratagems or abilities ?

A tesseract vault is a tessaract vault, not a ctan shard. It says so on top of the datasheet. It has the DYNASTY keyword, it benefits from DYNASTY trait and it can use their stratagems.

Keywords say it's a "C'TAN SHARDS", too - is there something in the dynasties that says that keyword is excluded or something?

It has the ctan shard keyword, as such it can NEVER benefit from the code.
It is stil a unit from that dynasty so can benefit from dynasty keyword strats
