I recently came upon some OLD ogrynn, and im wondering if it would be reasonable to play them as Oblits. They all have stormbolters, and I have an ample amount of wiggly bits I can attach to them to make them DAEMONIZED.

And before you ask, Renegade Orgynn are 100% melee. No can do there.

I've seen people do that before. I certainly wouldn't have any issue with it.

You have to ask yourself, would they look cool while also being roughly the right height/width and on an appropriate base size.

If the answer is yes, the Rule of Cool applies; go wild with creative abandon

Only an utter chode (or some over-bearing GW employee in store) would have a problem with this

Amazing conversion. Could also pass as a Daemon Prince.

This guy of Dakkadakka, I don't remember his name, has just this obliterator conversion from Ogryns and they are the best looking Ogryns I have ever seen

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.
