Editted after comments and advice! 2 Harlequin Battalion detachments and a drukari patrol detachment for agents of vect. I thought (seeing as i had the points) the reavers can be overwatch chaff or objective grabbing.
Spoiler:
++ Battalion Detachment +5CP (Aeldari - Harlequins) [54 PL, 1128pts] ++
Masque Form: The Soaring Spite: Serpent's Blood
+ HQ +
Shadowseer [7 PL, 125pts]: Fog of Dreams, Mirror of Minds, Shuriken Pistol
Troupe Master [4 PL, 86pts]: Faolchu's Talon, Fusion Pistol, Harlequin's Caress, Player of the Twilight, Warlord
You may want to add what masque these guys belong to, who is your warlord, what relics and warlord traits you are taking.
That said, I really don't like mixing weapons in my troupes as it slows down the game having to roll each separately and I like having a clear target for my units. I would rather have one troupe with caress, one with embrace and one with kiss than to mix them up. Same with the fusion pistols, I like having one unit that can kill a tank rather than a few that can only wounds it.
The troupe masters should get something other than a power sword unless you are going for the sword of stories which you can only take one of.
I really do not like harlequins without weapons, they just don't do anything. And as much as I want the death jesters to work I would reather see them dropped to put weapons on your troupes.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll will move the units round, not for speed issues because I’m not a slow player, because I’m going soaring spite I think. A fusion filled boat with the warlord ( faolchus talon) is going to get where it needs too turn 1. I’ll look at reallocating some points out from dropping one death jester, they’re pretty cool and a bargain at 45pts.
Also player of the twilight as the warlord trait and I’ll pay a cp to put the starmist raiment on the solitaire
If you are going soaring spite you may want more fusion pistols when you do your drive by. Your second battalion should be a different masque as they gain nothing from soaring spite. For the solitaire consider cegorach's rose as he already has 3++ invul and no overwatch isn't as important
The death jesters just don't seem good to me but if you can make them work more power to you.
I'd just echo the above user in saying that (unless its the relic) power swords are a bit of a waste on Troupe Masters as the embrace has superior strength at s4 instead of s3 for a Troupe Master.
Starmist Raiment is an extremely solid relic choice for the Solitaire, but I quite like the look of Cegorach's Rose - if you can survive a round of overwatch while blitzing with it, you're doing 10 s4 d3 attacks which can mulch a lot of things, and there are a couple of tasty strategems to potentially give you 12 s6 d3 attacks! Exceedingly not bad, as Mr Kipling would say
Given that you are running foot squads, I think you want a few more extra bodies. You are sure to take a few casualties on them somewhere. Naked quins are actually quite sturdy with a shadow seer and all the stratagems. I might drop a few of the sky weavers and just buy naked quins to give you some more sturdiness
Drop a few kisses from the small walking squads, drop a dj and get close to a full walking squad that can deepstrike in and be annoying or get them a 3++ through ishas tears ( the bikes should be taking a 3++ every turn). Buffs work much better in blocks much more efficient

managed to get a unit of 9 with the freed up points
I don't think you would want your Warlord with Player of the Twilight to be the Troupe Master with the Wing Relic in a transport.
If your warlord's in a transport, he's not on the battlefield and cannot roll for command-point-farming, especially during deployment and possibly your opponent's first turn when stratagems fly. If he's outside, the relic is wasted.

player of the dark or light in that case! thanks for the spot there i cannot wait to play about with this list
Well, I'd run the army with a single Harlie detachment and replace the 2nd one with some shooty support units, like 3 Ravagers or 2 Fire Prisms plus Dark Reapers.
This maybe lets your Harlies approach the enemy along a flank takes the pressure on them, since the enemy will shoot the shooty support at all lost. Just my 2 cents.
