I'd drop one of the HQs to field more bodies. The issue I see with this list is that the stormwolf is going to soak all the anti tank. There are wulfen and the dread that can take some high S/multi damage shots but I think a couple of more units with high T and wounds could help to get some redundancy.

Give those plasma guns to grey hunters instead of blood claws since they have better BS. Alternatively you can field 3x5 blood claws instead of a single unit of 15 and save the grey hunters' 130 points. If you also cut an HQ you can field a unit of bikes, TWC or a couple of razorbacks. Or a second unit of wulfen maybe.

I figured with Lukas they have the +1 to hit rolls, allowing me to overcharge safely

It's true but blood claws are basically a melee unit, they would fire 1 turn, maybe 2 at most.

If you give plasma guns to grey hunters they can overcharge quite safely as long as they are near Bjorn who gives them the re-roll of 1s. They act better than blood claws as a cheap unit for objective holding that fires while in cover.
