I want to make a sonic dreadnought, and do something with the contempt or dread from the betrayal at cal th box. So I figured I would replace the arms and legs; the legs with the spare from the maulerfiend forgefiend set that I made into a maulerfiend, and one arm was going to be a spare Helbrute powerfist, the other an arm using a spare ectoplasma cannon from the maulerfiend kit, preferably the head cannon piece. I had discovered that the bits were a bit too large and bulky for the contemptor body, for my taste.

Anyone have a better idea for the torso of the sonic dread that I am building, that can be obtained somewhat cheaply? I have heads and what not I can use. Also, when it comes to carving plastic, what kind of cutting tools do you find to be useful for this kind of conversion work?

You could also search ebay for the old sonic dreads, I think GW made a metal one way back, and FW made one too.
