So, couldnt see anyone else mention this yet, but the metal IG regiments are listed as sold out online, the sole exception being the basic steel legion squad. And since the other steel legion stuff took longer to go as well, thats probably cause they had more stock of them. So if you need some - nows your last chance.

Kruso on B&CS sent them an email and got this reply:

So I sent them an email jokingly telling them to dump their remaining Vostroyans into my address and this is the reply I got. It gets my hopes up a bit, although making room for new products might mean any army, not just new Guard models.

GW, why you do this? First Elysia and now the others?

I hope they do MTO for them at some point, or change their minds and bring them back, ideally as plastic kits but that's a pipe dream. GW is just pushing people more and more towards to Victoria Miniatures. Cadians and Catachans just really don't cut it with their dated kits.

That's literally the same email GW and FW both send to their customers whenever you have a concern about an item going out of stock. No hints, no specifics, no real response to the underlying issues..

That sucks, but maybe it means new kits? Maybe? Okay, probably not...

This makes me so sad. My first fully painted 40k army was Steel Legion IG. The metal regiments are much better sculpts and have so much more character than the plastic ones. Hopefully this means a plastic IG kit made to the standards of the plastic GSC and Mechanicus troops.
